When we first started out we were operating purely by word of mouth and recommendations, as well as taking part in various homebuilding shows and exhibitions. The word spread fast in the local area and we soon found ourselves busier than we could have possibly imagined, which enabled us to grow and expand naturally. In early 2021 we decided we needed a space to showcase what we do so after lots of searching for the perfect spot, our first showroom opened its doors summer 2022 in Lower Bourne, just between Farnham and Frensham.

Here you’ll be able to view and feel our most popular kitchen ranges, appliances, sinks, taps, worktops, as well as things like pendant lighting, bar stools and all the other small details that make your kitchen uniquely yours.

As well as being able to try out our fully working kitchens in the showroom, the service we offer will remain the same as when we were operating remotely – we go that extra mile to make sure you feel as happy and comfortable as possible with our products, services and processes. 
We’ll always produce full size sample doors in your chosen style and finish, as well as arranging samples for worktops, cabinets, handles, and any other accessories required to put together your own personalised mood board, then once your designs are ready we’ll invite you in for an informal chat and design presentation to fine tune your plans to ensure we’re nailing every single detail.

We’ve invested heavily in the industry’s leading KBB CAD software so we can generate super-realistic 3D designs, viewed on our large HD screens whilst enjoying a barista-style coffee in comfort, and you can even talk a walk around your new kitchen via our virtual reality headset.

Design consulations are by appointment only, but we’d love to welcome you in for a relaxed browse at your convenience to come and see what we do!

The Ella Austin showroom is situated on the busy Frensham Road (A287), and we are positioned on the crossroad junction of Lodge Hill Road and Burnt Hill Road. There are some parking spaces at the side of the road just outside the Avicenna pharmacy which is next to us, or opposite the Costcutter/Post Office just along the road, but the road is usually quite busy so spaces are subject to availability.

We would recommend either parking along Lodge Hill Road (opposite the showroom), or the roads surrounding the Bourne Green – adjacent to Lodge Hill Road (Dene Lane or Old Frensham Road). See map for these recommended locations.
We politely ask our visitors to please be respectful of our neighbours and do not block any driveways.

School drop-off/pick-up

South Farnham Infants school is very close to the showroom so the local area usually gets very busy between aprox. 8.30-9.15am every morning, and aprox. 2.45-3.30pm every afternoon, so we would recommend planning your trip to see us around these times, to enable easy parking.
